Dwight Stewart, D.C.
Dr. Dwight Stewart has devoted his career to helping his patients ease the pain and suffering caused by back pain, neck pain, headaches, herniated discs, degenerative discs, sciatic nerve problems, failed back surgeries, and other musculoskeletal difficulties.
In practice now for well over 2 decades, Dr Stewart received his Doctorate degree from Parker University in Dallas, TX in 1988, graduating with honors. He has continued his education since then with over 700 hours of post graduate education and numerous advanced certificate programs.
Dr. Stewart believes in investing in the latest equipment and technology. His clinic is one of only a few in Arkansas with both Chiropractic Physicians and Physical Therapists practicing together in one office location. It is this combination that has helped Dr. Stewart successfully treat over 10,000 patients with spinal and disc-related conditions.
Dr. Stewart completed comprehensive training in the DRS Protocol TM, an advanced method that has helped thousands eliminate the pain of failed back surgery, herniated and degenerative discs, and more.
Dr. Stewart holds multiple certifications from training he has obtained for treatment of disc problems. In addition to his certification for the DRS Protocol TM, Dr. Stewart is a certified Decompression Therapy Practitioner with Kennedy Decompression Techniques and has his National Decompression Certification from Parker University and Decompression Proficiency Certification through The Disc Institute and with the American Spinal Decompression Association. These certifications and training give Dr. Stewart more tools to help patients return to a normal, productive and pain free life.

David Vang, D.C.
Dr. David Vang graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, located in Davenport, IA, in 2006. Dr. Vang received his Bachelor of Science from Arkansas State University prior to attending Palmer. He joined our team in 2010 and currently practices with Dr. Stewart. Dr. Vang wants to see patients experience life to its maximum without the discomfort of pain and disease.

Dana Browning, D.C.
Dr. Browning is a 2000 Logan University graduate. She has been practicing in central Arkansas since 2001. Dr. Browning enjoys seeing patients reach their goals of living life pain free. She has helped many patients that experience headaches, low back pain, sciatica and other musculoskeletal conditions get back to doing what they love in life.
Physical Therapist
Gena Woodward, M.S., P.T.
Gena M.S., P.T. graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree from the University of Central Arkansas in 1999. She has been working with the Pain Care team since April of 2000. In her time at Pain Care, Gena has had the pleasure of helping thousands of patients with injuries or conditions involving the spine, shoulder, elbow/wrist, hip, knee and foot/ankle.
Gena has received specialized training in the following treatments/techniques:
- Graston Technique for the treatment of tendonitis, fascitis, scar tissue, and muscle spasm
- Treatment for Positional Vertigo
- Kennedy Decompression Technique for spinal degenerative disc disease and disc bulging
- Training in the diagnosis and treatment of muscle movement disorders
Gena was first drawn to the field of physical therapy because of her love of basketball. While in high school, one of her basketball teammates had a season-ending knee injury requiring surgery. Watching this friend rehabilitate her knee after surgery through physical therapy sparked her interest in the profession.
Gena takes a very 'hands-on' approach to patient care, blending manual therapy techniques with active rehabilitative procedures. She enjoys the one-on-one care she provides to her patients...getting to know them and tailoring a treatment plan for their specific lifestyle and needs. She looks forward to meeting you soon!
